Refunds & Returns Policy

AI Metrologist, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates the MetTutor platform (mettutor.ai) and the MetTutor website (mettutor.com). This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through mettutor.com, including subscription licenses for the MetTutor SaaS application, downloadable digital products, and physical merchandise.

By completing a purchase on mettutor.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy.

MetTutor subscription licenses (Explorer, Student, Professional, Team Manager, and Organization) provide access to the MetTutor.ai platform for a defined billing period — monthly, semester, or annual — depending on the plan and billing option selected at purchase.

You may cancel your MetTutor subscription at any time from your Account page on MetTutor.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

When you cancel:

• •Your subscription remains active and fully functional until the end of the current paid billing period.
• •You retain full access to all plan features until the billing period expires.
• •No future billing periods will be charged after cancellation.
• •Your account reverts to the free Explorer plan when the paid period ends.

MetTutor licenses are delivered as digital license codes. Once a license code has been activated on a MetTutor.ai account, the license is considered used and is not eligible for a refund. Unactivated license codes may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase — contact us at the address below.

Team Manager and Organization management licenses, as well as member licenses (Student or Professional) purchased for team members, are each subject to the same cancellation and no-refund policy described above. Each license is treated independently for billing and cancellation purposes.

Subscriptions purchased with a promotional coupon, introductory offer, or other discount are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms as standard-priced subscriptions. Cancellation during a promotional period ends the promotional pricing — the promotional rate cannot be reinstated once canceled.

AI Metrologist, LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the MetTutor.ai platform. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event of a prolonged service outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours), affected subscribers may contact us to request a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing period.

Downloadable digital products sold on mettutor.com — including but not limited to PDF documents, templates, educational materials, and digital reference guides — are delivered electronically upon purchase.

Exceptions: If you receive a digital product that is materially defective (e.g., corrupted file, wrong product delivered, or content substantially different from the product description), contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will either provide a corrected replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Physical merchandise sold on mettutor.com — including clothing, apparel, drinkware, accessories, and other branded goods — may be returned or exchanged subject to the following terms.

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date for physical merchandise. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• •Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• •Custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• •Sale and clearance items are final sale unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@aimetrologist.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We offer exchanges for physical merchandise within the 30-day return window. To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at info@aimetrologist.com with your order number and the desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. Please include a photo of the defect or error when contacting us.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds by check, cash, or alternative payment methods.

All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund are the responsibility of the customer’s financial institution.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.

AI Metrologist, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products and services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
